Rev. Susan B. W. Johnson celebrated her 20th year at HPUC in 2005. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago Divinity School, where she currently serves as president of the Board of Trustees (Baptist Theological Union). An ordained American Baptist minister, Susan serves on a number of boards including Centers for New Horizons and the South East Chicago Commission. She is the author, with Herbert Anderson, of Regarding Children and was featured in the award-winning NPR broadcast “A Pastor’s Journal.” Her articles and book reviews have appeared in the Christian Century.
